Problem with publishing items (every change 10 later)

Hi,

I have a strange problem with publishing items (every change appears 10 min later)


Everytime I save a item (using k2) it needs 5 minutes to show on the frontpage. I thought it was to some modules error, but this morning I forgot to save a gallery in a item.
So I reopen the item and saved it with the gallery, and nothing happened. 10 min later the gallery is visible and working?

This is the first time I see this kind of error?

it is happend for k2 items when you are adding them or only in some modules ?

Well, with everything. If I make any change to the item, changes appears about 10 min later.

I just took out a video from a item and saved the item and refresh the item and the video is still here.
With the modules are the same thing, every change appear 10 min later.

This is really bugging me,I hope to God this can be fixed.

Well, I narrowed the problem to cache, and I use GK Cache.
I think some kind of cache is the problem, I google further...
