any code to manage the hight or width using inset position ?

Have you look into the template settings/Layout??

The width yes .. i catch how to control it but the HEIGHT .. i dont see see where .. i think this is something with the CSS....

Yes it is.... Look inside the:
layout.css - line 16 and line 71
template.css - line 131
Use the webdeveloper for firefox.... it helps much.... Dont do anything you dont know what you do. Set your originaly files in a folder and work with copied files....
