Using google adsense page level ads

Hello,

I'm trying to use the new Google Adsense page level ads for mobile viewers and ran into problems implementing the code.

The directions from Google say:
Place this ad code in the <head> tag (or at the top of the <body>) of the pages where you want to show the ads. It’s the same ad code for every page and site, and you won’t need to change it even if you adjust your Page-level ads settings.

I'm not sure what template files to access and where to put the code for these ads to display on all content pages as I desire?

Please put it into file /layout/blocks/head.php . There goes the code included between <head></head> section.
