joomla control panel in pop-up window

Hi,
I have also tried to use phoca download plugin /phoca download (v3.0.5), Joomla! 3.3.3., Publisher/, both phoca download plugin and phoca download button plugin are enabled. While I try to insert a pdf to download into an article, I can seach and choose the file, set the target window, but when I try to insert the code it always redirects the user to the control panel screen of joomla in the pop-up window, and of course the code is not inserted after closing the pop-up window. I could manually insert the code, but later I do not want to ask the user or the administrator to do so. What can I do?

Earlier I have similar issues with JCE editor, that instead of inserting an image it redirected to joomla control panel.

Any help would be appreciated.

Im sorry but i do not know how to solve it. Maybe you should ask phoca developers about that issue.
