GK Typography and JCK Editor

Hi,

I'm trying to get the GK Typography working properly with the JCK Editor. The button shows at the bottom left of the editor which is fine, but I prefer trying to improve work flow by having all the stylings and headings correctly configured. Any idea which file I would need to configure to get it working with the typography stylesheet?
