For every module in the Tabs i want 2 pagination one on top and other on Bottom below right of second Image , how can i Achieve this !!!

actually my admin is locked how do i uncompress it ... tried several ways to unlock my admin

Could you please write anything more about this locked admin - you can't login (wring login/password) or after logging in you have white screen?
