In the Article Manager Options in Joomla 3.x on the Articles tab there are options to position the Article Info above, below or split. There is also an option to display the print and email icon links above or below an article.
The Publisher template does not seem to obey these settings because when I choose "Below" these items are still displayed above the articles.
Is there another setting somewhere that makes the article info appear below articles?

It seems this option is also not used in default Beeze and Protostar template - I have changed the settings and article renders exactly same way.
Our template right now also doesn't take benefit from that option either.
