images won't show up + image show GK4 issue in 3.0

I have tried the Game Magazine template in 3.0 - had problems. I am now trying the Publisher template and still having problems.

The image show fro 3.0 does not have the gallery option for publisher - also will not save images in the extension, neither in the modules or the articles. Can also not change and font colors if I want to - basically have a lot of issues with this template in 3.0. I have used it in 2.5 and had no issues. I am unable to figure out why the images wont save - even if I use another gallery option in the extension - it simply does not work.

I also received the following error:

I am having same issue with Publisher / Joomla 3.0 - images not appearing for articles using Article Newsflash module (or any module) though I have Show Image Setting turned on.

Was there any resolution to this issue?

No image in Safari: please try edition gk.stuff.css line 113 and remove this from class:
