4 modules in top1 position in 2 rows

One more question, if somebody can help me .
Want to have 4 modules in top1 position in 2 rows.
In first row one module with width 70 % and second with wide 30%.
In second row 2 modules both 50% wide.
How to do this,tried few way buth always something dont look good.

I dont know if it works with percent.... but you can add two module at the same position, one you can set with your percent and other too....
Example:
1 module / pos. -- top -- place 1 -- this you need to fix with your needs in module
2 module / pos. -- top -- place 2 -- the same with this module....
