Article date

If I create a new joomla article with created date in 2013 or I modify published date to year 2013 the article will not appear in the template.
Where and what I have to modify to not have such a problem (no matter what is the year when I create the new article)

This job can be problem with the provider.... someone lets do tho's jobs and someone not....
Do not set any date, the article become the created date automatic... and maybe the problem is in categorylist?? Asc or Dsc or just featured !!
