How to change language at date

How to change that language of a month in the template. I want to change it to Bulgarian language...

Please try to put in the template index.php file at the beginning the following line:

setlocale(LC_ALL, 'bg_BG');

So it doesn't work... Now I put this code but doesn't work....

By the way - did you installed the bulgarian language package on your Joomla?
