How to change the content on the Home Page

Hi,

I just try to change the home page content to be mine

for e.g. at the paragraph ' EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO CREATE A WEBSITE' where can I edit this sentence I try to go to index.php but couldn't find one.

I'm not good in technical part please help.

Please check widgets section of wp-admin panel. You should find all those things there,
