Categories not working

Hi, if you go to my site at socialnotz.com/blog and click on any of the categories, it goes to a 404 page. How do I get the categories to work properly? Thanks!

The problem still appears when you disable the SEF permalinks?

Also, how do I turn off sef urls in Wordpress? I know how with Joomla but not wp. Will that effect post per slinks?

I mean to try set the permalinks to the basic form with urls like ?p=100 etc.
