theme color sections in widget areas

Hi, for the startup theme the sections normally alternate white/grey/white/grey and on my website they are no longer doing that. What controls the color of the section?

Hi,

The color of the section depends from the used widget area. In example widget areas Bottom I and Bottom III are grey, and Bottom II and Bottom IV are white.
