Startup frontpage video in lightbox

The Startup demo shows a video player in the header. I have a video thumb and a youtube video. What is the code snipped to insert to place a video there that will open with lightbox effect and where do I insert the code?

Sorry but it is only a demo content and the play video icon is a part of image displayed in the laptop image screen. There is no option to add this kind of functionality to the Image Show module without complex custom work which is beyond of our support.

Thanks for clarifying. I must have imagined that it opened a sample video via lightbox. Duh. My project just got complicated.
