Footer menu

Could somebody tell me how to show a footer menu with this template? I couldn't.

I'm not quite sure what You mean.
There is no footer menu on our "Startup" demo site.

I saw that "Startup" demo site, has not footer menu, but my question is if this template has this feature or I need to develop it.

It doesnt - all features are used with demo pages.
With developing You might use some of existing classes that are used for top menu and develop from that point.
