Can't Install template

Hello all

I am new to joomla and I'm not sure what to do. I keep getting this error when I try installing the template

Failed loading XML file
/home2/jjgroup/public_html/www.rawbury.com/templates/gk_startup_quickstart_J25/templateDetails.xml
XML: failed to load external entity "/home2/jjgroup/public_html/www.rawbury.com/templates/gk_startup_quickstart_J25/templateDetails.xml"


Any help is appreciated
