startup article list display

Hey,

How did you guys set the article list to display like this? I can't seem to figure the settings out!

So I downloaded the quick start, but I can't start a new DB. Is the above a k2 template that I can just copy to a template folder? or a css file I can copy the code from then apply to css overide file?

ok, update. I was able to kinda get it to work. Not really getting this fluid layout though. You guys seem to have the list in vertical columns K2 default is horizontal. Also I don't know how to get the following:

1. Title, Title placement
2. Category, Category placement
3. Hover effect
4. collapse from two column to single

I really want to get this style! Thanks for the help in advance.
