captcha doesn't show up

So,

I can't see my captcha box anywhere while using this template (startup). After ton's of google research it appears to be something within the template. (so they say)

Can you take a look at this please. Oh, and yes I did check the php recaptcha code and ssl blah blah blah that some people suggest on the web. :)

I had the recaptcha set up already. One day it just stopped working.
