The template does not open in blackberry 9810 and 9860, unfortunately my client has these devices, and the startup template does not open. Only the home page does not open.
I thought that could be a problem for some module so i unpublished all modules and still not opened.
I thought it was a problem from the hosting but no. So I tried to open the Startup demo from Gavick page and the home of startup demo cannot open. It load all the site and the browser close.
What could be the problem? Thank you for your help

Hi, That's strange, yes we don't have those device to test it, we have only iphones,ipad, HTC, Samsung devices.
...Try to turn off cache in back-end configuration of template, maybe this will help
