Background image only shows in header position

Instead of creating a new module position I would like to move the Image Show GK4 from the header position to the top 1 position but when I do that the background image is removed and the slider doesn't display correctly

Background is attached to header position only, so You cannot change that. Let me know what You are trying to achive so I'll advice a different solution.

I am really just trying to move the background picture and the slider down one postion from the header position to the top1 position.
