Edit Data User Access

Hello to all,
Meanwhile, thank you for the suggestions so far because they had been useful.
I reiterate my total lack of experience with this system since I'm trying to get a site alone.

I have a problem because I want to create / edit area utent and access, but I can not find the form to make changes ... and of language (I would do it all in Italian) ... either in the form (since it is a company website I would add a few fields to entries .. type VAT, company name, etc.)

Where do I take action to implement these modifications?
I also need an area where both users can attach files to STL that I will receive via e-mail and keep in a database as a historical site earlier .. I used ChronoForms .. there is some different system, easier and above already implemented in startup?

Hi,
if you would like add some menus to restricted area please set Access option to Registered for each menu item you would like to add. About second I think you would have to search some joomla extensions to achieve that.
