Using Joomla 2.5 with Startup

For Startup: Will JomSocial Template from World News II work in Startup?

Hi

The only way to know for sure is to check. But I'm pretty sure it will require some extra styling, becuase part of the style is taken directly from TWN2 template. Anyway functionality should be intact.

Hi.

The template works in Startup. Might it be best to wait for Joomla 3.0 and JomSocial's 3.0. Apparently extensions in the Joomla 3.0 versions automaticaly adopts template's styling?

Is this true?

Hi

It's possible, but it may not be a rule. Jomsocial is well named in layers so styling can be entirely separated, but there still can be some conflicts comming from template's style.
