Hello, my website looks bad on the iphone so I would like to disable the mobile function and just display the full site on the mobile device. How can I do this?

Please change name of tablet.css and mobile.css in template/css directory. This allows to avoid loading dedicated 'responsive' stylesheets and will always load default dekstop version.
