Hide bottombar for mobile

I created a bottom bar for this template (view it at richardbankertwebdesign.com), but I find it takes up to much real estate for mobile users.

How can I hide everything in the div id="bottombar" (I made this div up) when it is mobile...

please try add " nomobile" suffix for this module.

When I choose "nomobile" for the modules. Now its hide for mobile users but also on my desktop. Whats going wrong?
