error from new install with quickstart pack

i´n getting this error just after new install using quick start pack:

Fatal error</b>: Call to a member function loadMenu() on a non-object in <b>/homepages/40/d441526030/htdocs/ziontvinfo/templates/gk_startup/layouts/default.php</b> on line <b>78</b><br /

what i need to do?

Can you make sure all files are uploaded correctly please as I have tested quickstart package joomla 2.5 and everything is working fine.
