try cleaning both the browser cache and the cache on the server. For cleaning the server cache use joomla's cache manager.

You need to change all 3 files:

header_bg.jpg
header_bg_mobile.jpg
header_bg_tablet.jpg

Good luck :)

Ok,..for a noobie, help me understand: I need to save new images with the exact file names, then load to site through FTP in the same place the image is located? Do i need to delete the files on the site first, or will importing them simply replace/override? Also, how can I find the dimensions so I replace with the same dimensions? Thanks!!
