sidebar over top1

Hi guys I have a little problem in my layout.
I don't know why but sidebar is over the top1 position and then the top1 doesn't take all the width (top1 width is equal to maintop).

Can you help me?

Header has a different layout and a background photo... there is not a way to move the sidebar down?

I have the same problem.
The layout is not working as shown in the startup layout image. The banners I publish in these module positions go under the sidebar. They should be working as header position.
Could you please give me a solution for the problem?
