broken urls and flashing white page during navigation

Hi, I just installed the template with a quickstart installation and the urls are not displaying correctly, also while i navigate through the demo site a flashing white page appears. For the installation i exported files by FTP. The demo is installed in http://www.despacho22.com

I have already tried with the rebuild button in the main menu, and it is still the same.

Any suggestions?

hmm.. now it seems to work. Maybe it was problem with Joomla SEF settings ?
Which hosting company you are using?
