Hi there

I have a bit of a wierd problem.

I've designed aleenasboutique.co.uk using the Fashion template. Using latest version of joomla 2.5.9 and the latest fashion template 3.8 and latest k2. Everything appears to be fine on my laptop and home desktop however, my client is complaining that she can't view the site properly in Firefox and Chrome. It work fine on my ff and chrome but she's had numerous people complain they cant view the site properly.

This is how site looks on my laptop and how it should look.

This is how the site looks on my clients laptop using both firefox and chrome. As you can see the mobile menu is top right and the mainbody is positioned wrongly.

I thought it might have something to do with my edits so i uploaded a quickstart version of the template, nothing added to http://aleenasboutique.co.uk/new/fash/

On my laptop, again fine. Everything as it should be.

Screenshot of her laptop looking at the quickstart site.

Additional info: works fine on IE

Is there a solution to this?

I've checked your page on Chrome browser, here is the result >> http://d.pr/i/nGbt
The same happen on Firefox >> http://d.pr/i/nGbt

So maybe this is only your browser issue, please try to delete browser cache. Do you any possibility to test it on another computer ?

My browsers aren't the problem, it's my client's and some of her customer's. She has people complaining they can't view the site properly. While i can clear the cache for her browser (might not work) there isn't a lot i can do for the other people who visit the site. I have tried on my two laptops and the site works fine.

I'll ask her to clear the cache and i will report back but this isn't really solving the problem in my opinion.

I've cleared the browser cache on her machine and the problem is still there ie displaying wrong layout as described in post 1.

Is there anything else i can try before I re-design her site using a different template?

To help you with this problem I firstly need to see it. I've checked this on browserstack.com and really there is no problem so if it is working for me, you and on default browsers on browserstack it means that the problem is with your client browser.
