I have an issue with Quickstart by FTP

Hi,
I tried to install quickstart Approximately 30 times, and the last time I was able to install installing only the template and not the whole Quickstar ... I'm going crazy :woohoo:

Please help me :oops:

yes.... 30 times....I counted them ... I bougth it one week ago... and I've tried all ... and I've read many threads on the forum ... but there is always a problem ... :blink:

I do not know what to do ...

I had the problem after installing ... I can see only the template and nothing else

I dont'know... but i bought web domain only 3 week ago so i think to have the last version...

hi,
yes, there is a huge problem with this package. the installation is not completed. in the database there is a superuser with name gkadmin and no configuration.php file will be created.
