URGENT!! Site Backend gone Bizzerk

Hello,

I am in need of urgent assistance.
While trying to fine tune the site with cache configuration due to complaints from server provider of high load.
Now while trying to load the administrator page I see the following issues:

TypeError: this.overlay.effect is not a function
[Break On This Error]

wait: false}).set(0),

This is from modal.js (line 117)

Additionally when I go to Global Config I get the following issues:

TypeError: Window.onDomReady is not a function
[Break On This Error]

validate.js (line 164)

ReferenceError: $ES is not defined
[Break On This Error]

togglers = $ES('a', toggler);

switcher.js (line 36)

Additionally I do not have the ability to click Save / Save&Close, only Cancel

The Frontend site is strangely working, just a few issues with clicking on pictures.

Additionally when I updated the gk_opengraph plugin from your update mentioned in your blog.
I have seen the following errors in the errorlog.

I replaced the files in /media/system/js , with those in which are located in the Fashion Quickinstall ZIP.
At the moment in which I replaced them the result was the same...

But after about an hour everything started working normally..

Could someone explain to me what is going on???

It's really hard to tell, but looks like it could be connected with server cache or some broken files issue. Could be also a server issue which would explain a sudden fix if someone from Your hosting company has made some changes for example.
