Social Buttons in Footer empty

I'm wondering how to activate the Social Buttons in the footer!?
They are all linked with a "#". I filled in the social API options in the backend but still no function!?

Hi,
Social Api section is for social buttons used in article. For those icons you have to find Custom HTML module called 'social icons' published in 'social' position. Then you have edit it using html view and add url to your social accounts.
