Position 4 Skyline menu

Are in your templates possibilities how to use Skyline menu?

I don't know if we can use this module. According to demo there is no position we can use for uor purposes. http://demo.gavick.com/joomla16/may2012 ... -positions

Am I right? And what about the others templates? Do you have any suggestion how to get the same purpose? I am looking for something as is black toolbar in google.
