I just uploaded the template and when I go to the store, it looks nothing like the template I ordered. Please help:

If starting from scratch isn't an option, you need to install additional plugins and follow the documentation:
http://www.gavick.com/documentation/joo ... on-joomla/
All the settings are described there.
If starting from scratch is an option - then use quikcstart package instead.

I used the quickstart package to install. This is why I'm so confused as to why it didn't just upload the demo content to make things easy. Templates are supposed to be easy, particularly with the quickstart. This is very frustrating. Any other advice?

I have just downloaded BikeStore quickstart for J3.x series - and it works 100% correctly. The only difference is that it doesn't contain images that are licensed and we can't distribute them.
