infinte orange header

HI! I want to know if it is possible to make the template to have an infinte orange header! but with the wrapper on 1000 px max size

2) Which module position you want to change exactly
3) "Orange header" - it means that you want to add orange background or what?

But if you want to this element would be on max screen wide, it won't be so easy - so I have to suggest you to change template which have in-build this appearance.
