create a sitemap

I installed Xmap and although the system recognizes that it is activated, it creates the site map to give the button nothing appears creation. A must is the rejection and how else I can create the sitemap? Thanks for your help

You have to add link to XML with created sitemap to Google Webmasters Tools - this should be good enough.
You don't have to add link to any menu.

p.s.
But if you want : go to Menu Manager --> Add new Menu item --> Xmap : HTML Site map

Remember to:
1) enable all plugins connected with xmap
2) Publish your Map
2) generate sitemap first clicking [XML Sitemap] [News Sitemap] links

The second option is the traditional. The problem is that the system is not generating the site map despite appearing in the menu components.
The template system is failing to generate the xml. See attached graph

To make the first option with Google Webmaster, I need the sistem generate the xml. Thanks for helping to solve the problem is in the template

Hi, in gavick template, I don't think so ?
I am afraid that xmap stable version 2.3.2 don't work on none of Administrator Template in Joomla 3.0

I suggest to use other tool like: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
or
pkg_xmap-2.3.3.beta (from they forum)
