Accept terms not working

Hi

I need urgent help, the Accept terms link is not working, I spent days on the problem, if not weeks.

At the website http://dev.polyamp.com, clicking on the link Accept terms (Jag godkänner villkoren) not working.

If there is no text in the VM terms text area, the modal window opens small with just the title (see attached picture)

If there is some text in the VM terns text area, the link open in a new browser window (see attached picture)

I have tried to fall back to the original VM Cart files but the problem persist, also tried with a fresh install of the template

Joomla 2.5.20
BikeStore 3.11.1vm
VM 2.6a

At another of my website with exactly same configuration the link is working http://www.unobench.se

Could you check whether the same happen on default Joomla! template like Beez ?

Hi

I changed to Beez2 in templates and in Virtumart, problem remains, with text in Terms text area the Accept terms link to new page with only a email address visible.

At http://dev.polyamp.com/sv/min-varukorg.html - the problem exist

At http://www.unobench.se/min-kundkorg.html - the Terms link works //both website are identical

Need urgent help!!!

If the problem is the same with Beez template this means it is not our template issue so you should contact with VirtueMart support. VirtueMart as a 3rd party extension is beyond our support. My advise is to reinstall VirtueMart and check whether "Use jQuery" option is enabled in VM global configuration.

Hi

Use VM jQuery is checked and need to be that to show prices at in the cart. The problem occurs both when Use google jQuery is checked and unchecked.

It's strange that it works on one website but not at the other, Am I the only one with this problem?

Do you have any idea, what can cause it?

Hi

I found the problem, it's completely VM related. If there is an email address in the Terms text area = the problem occurs, when I removed the email address it works fine.
