Problem with template duplicate

I have a problem after duplicating the template. All settings like style and css-overide are not accepted. No changes at all are accepted by the template.
What am I doing wrong?

Do you use override.css file to override styles? If yes it is probably not working on your first template because file is exactly the same for all copies. Of course you duplicate template using back-end settings?
