in VM the shipping details don't work

hello,
i'm using for a my customer this template with Virtuemart (the version 2.0.20b before and now 2.0.26d) but in in any of the two versions the shipping details work.

Could you help me?

Could you check whether the same happen on default Joomla! template like Beez ?

My advise is to start from VirtueMart reinstallation it looks like VM bug.
