Icon article for default

I saw the icons for the article has missed.I don´t know why dissapear them. How i can set them?

Hi,
I have this same, when I updated my JCE.
Please uninstall JCE - download the latest version (it maybe also RC6) and install again.

p.s.
This problem can be also connected with your language file, have you installed translation.

p.s.
By the way, why you put problem about JCE in template topic? I don't get it.
