Please check the file:
/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_bikestore.ini
and translate all phrases contained inside.

Thats great... but we want the page to be in various languages. Translating the file is not the solution. How can I "localize" that part of the page and the main menu?

I mean, how can I internationalize those static strings such as my cart, my account of the main menu? I have searched for the same file in other languages folder and the file does not exist. It just exists in the english folder.

Looks like you have used an editor that doesn't support utf encoding. Please use something like notepad++ if you are on windows machine and set up encoding correctly.
