search engine results - Bikestore name

in the search engine results appear, still, the template name "Bikestore"...how to replace it with the real name of the store?

Titles are taken from menu item settings or article settings, so deleting it from one of this placed (depending where was used) will help. Check site title as well.

is an e-store.. there are not products or categories with the name "BikeStore". The Site name in global configuration is "Abbigliamento top"
Is,maybe, a problem due to the xml file?

If it's not present in any meta tags than I believe it's just a matter of time when robots will update it with a correct one. Anyway try clear joomla cache and check meta tags on the page which is shown in google. Just to be sure it's not added in any place yet.
