Problem with Virtuemart Uninstalling K2 component

I used the quick install package for Joomla 2.5 and Virtuemart. I've configured VM as multilingual (Spanish / English) and everything worked perfectly. BUT when i uninstall the K2 component, the shopping cart does not work and custom fields do not alter the item's price.

How is this possible?

Hi

I think K2 was loading jQuery library which was used by VM. Please try add one manually or with some kind of a plugin.

Great to hear that. I do not know this plugin, but if it's working that it has to be a good one. I can advice jqueryeasy plugin which may be hepfull if You have a couple of jquery versions installed already.
