Centering Buttons on Front Page

Hello,

I created 2 buttons on the frontpage @www.thechildrenofbotswana.org

I need to do the following:

1. Change color from B&W to red with
2. Center buttons
3. Have them link to same window (parent) vs (orphan).

Working if you don't use input, but standard div. I assumed that You know the basics of HTML4.

I don't understand what you're trying to say.

What is the code "standard div" so that I can center the buttons with space between them.

Please let me know what the code is to center buttons on front page.

The buttons are inside of a Table. Adjusting Table properties for center does not do anything.
