Good morning gents,
I'd like to modify the shopping cart layout (I'd like to hide and move columns etc).
Please can you confirm which files I need to edit to do this?
Also, can I and should I use override to do it?

This is VirtueMart cart layout and our override vide you can find in template/html/com_virtuemart/cart directory.
