Problems with fonts; some of them are not sharpen

I do not know why fonts do not display ok at every part of website, please let me know what may be going wrong.

Take a look to this screenshot, menu items do not look very clear, maybe it is a problema about sizes, what tags should I use for font sizes?

Could you try with some other font ? In my opinion this is this type-face rendering problem.
