Hi,
Bike Store is responsive layout so you don't have mobile view which you turn off. Layout depends from device you are using. Here you have more info about responsive layout https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... ve-layout/

Is there anyway to just set the tablet and mobile view to be the same as a browser and turn the template to non responsive?

You can set same template width for tablet and mobile. If you don't want use responsive you probably need to change template to no-responsive one.

It's a shame but I hate the way the mobile template looks and feels the full site would be much better on a mobile or anything for that matter  :?

I'm having issues also. I have a module in the top1 position and it won't show up properly in iphone. It cuts it off and will not allow me to scroll left or right to see the entire module.
