Changes of new versions!

Hi,
I've installed the first version of Bike Store Template.
Now I note some bug in the first version and I would to update at the new version 3.5.1 but I've fear to loose all the changes that I've make to the css and php files.
How can I updates the template at the new versions without loose the change?!
Can you write me the files that are changes, otherwise a documentation!?

List of changed files you will find in every update description. The only way to save your changes is merge files before overwrite or make css changes in proper place - in override.css file.
