I'd like the make a copy of this template, and use it on other pages of the site with slight color and logo variations. Looks like I've successfully copied the template using the built in template copy feature.

However, when I select a menu and change the template style to the copied template, the default template style still appears.

BTW, I did open the templateDetails.xml and change all references to the new template folder name.

Also, when I open the copied template, for the features, I get a long text string for titles, example:
TPL_GK_LANG_CONFIG_LOAD

So, I need help with two items

1. why is my copied template not showing when used for selected menus.
2. What are these long titles about in the copied template features.

Hi

1. I think that You have forgot to rename a cookie name and style is being taken from a template used before. But it can be also a cache issue.

2. This means that language file is not present in joomla /language folder. You can try not to change a link to an old (from original template) language file.

How do I rename the cookie and style being taken?

How do I include the language file for the new copied template?

For this question. It doesn't matter what template I select from the menu style selection, only the Bikestore template applies to all pages. So even though I copied the template successfully, I can point any of the other pages to different templates. Please help.

I fixed this one. Had to copy the original template .ini file and rename it.

Hi

I did not revived an access to Your site, so was unable to see what the problem can be. Please send it to my mail or by forum PM.
